Lloyd will take part in Australian national championship

Matthew Lloyd will be the first cyclist from Team LAMPRE-MERIDA to take part in an official race in 2013 wearing the team jersey. On Sunday 13 January, the “king of the mountain” of Giro d’Italia 2010 will be at the start of the Australian national championship. The race lenght will be 195,6 km, the course (start and arrival in Buninyong) will be made quite tough by 14 pasages on two hills. In 2012, Lloyd was 2nd behind Gerrans.
